Practice and deliver holistic primary care via a patient-centric model. Collaborate with a robust team consisting of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharmacists, and more.
Opportunity
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity
- Flexible Schedule: 4 day work week with flexible hours (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6) and only 28 patient contact hours!
- Patient Expectations: 18-22 patients per day
- Optional Partnership Track
- 1 Dedicated Medical Assistant + Float Medical Assistant per provider
Compensation
- Guaranteed Base Salary + Quality and RVU Bonuses
